Kim's journey began when she saw a need to improve her husband's real estate listings. She initially ventured into staging but soon realized that small upgrades and remodels were where she could make the most significant equity gains for her clients. Kim obtained her interior architecture certification from UC Berkeley and launched her interior design career, which led her to remodel and improve nearly 100 homes for the real estate market, her personal properties, and her interior design clients
Once Kim's children set their sights on college, she took the leap and officially embarked on her real estate career.
Kim cherishes the personal connections she forms with her clients and takes pride in the substantial increases in home equity she helps them achieve. Once she became a parent, Kim and her husband, chose the Ross Valley School district and raised their two girls in the towns of San Anselmo and Fairfax.
